Camden Harbor Tour

Curtis Island at the mouth of Camden Harbor

We love Rockland but Camden Harbor ain’t half bad. It’s frankly a bit fancier and we go there a few times a week.

This tour offers an introduction to sea kayaking and a unique view of one of Maine’s most delightful and active harbors. We will leave from the public landing on Eaton Avenue to paddle amongst tall-masted schooners and recreational boats. As we look for seabirds and harbor seals, you will enjoy magnificent views of Penobscot Bay. We will head toward the historic working lighthouse on Curtis Island and paddle around the island if weather permits. As we return to the harbor, the Camden Hills offer a dramatic and spectacular sight.
